    Founded in 2006 Harrad Consulting Ltd offers a flexible and comprehensive range of services and products to support effective control and management of projects, programmes and portfolio’s.  Specialising in the establishment and development of PPSO’s (Project, Programme Support Offices) the company has, over the years delivered its services to a client base in both the public and private sector, including a number of blue chip organisations in financial services,

    We recognise that clients will want to tailor services to ensure they meet their requirements and with this in mind we offer experienced consultants who operate with a wide range of  industry recognised methodologies including Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Sigma and the PPSO specialism.  In addition to our core team we offer associate consultants who specialise in other key areas of business development and change management such as quality assurance, interim management and continuous improvement.
