Association With Lloyds Banking Group
After returning from the summer holidays it is with great delight that Harrad Consulting Ltd can announce that it’s association with Lloyds Banking Group continues to grow in strength. We have agreed to extend our supply of experienced senior PMO support to the Corporate Banking Finance function, predominantly in supporting their HBoS integration work, but also extending into the establishement of a BAU PMO function to support their other strategic change initiatives. This additional work will involve setting up a PMO from scratch and developing staff in PMO disciplines and skills.
